The objective of A&A Liegenschaften is to make optimal use of the yield potential of real estate properties and to create above-average added value by means of an entrepreneurial approach, particularly in the field of real estate development.

Within the framework of its value creation strategy, A&A Liegenschaften concentrates its investments on excellently located properties in Switzerland which are orientated primarily to the promising future sectors of business such as services and the retail trade, but which also include residential units in a few individual cases. A&A Liegenschaften acquires properties as well as real estate companies with flowing revenues and whose potential for income and value can be further developed in a targeted manner.

Through its partnership with TK Liegenschaften Management AG, A&A Liegenschaften has entrepreneurially orientated management with comprehensive specialist know-how. That management team provides services which are decisive for success, such as evaluation, development and the management of properties.

A&A Liegenschaften has been active with its own portfolio on the Swiss real estate market since 1999 and has developed successfully as a company since then.
